What is Corporate Housing?
Corporate housing is fully furnished apartment living without committing to a year-long lease with a property. Our minimum stay is 30 days; but after that initial 30 days, you can stay 1, 2, 3+ months as long as you provide the proper notice to vacate of your firm departure date (as detailed in your lease agreement). In addition, if you depart mid-month (say you need to stay 42 days), we only bill you for those dates. Once past that initial 30 days, we work around your schedule!
We provide temporary furnished accommodations for those who are relocating for business, traveling for work, in-between homes, or are having their current residence renovated. Our suites provide all the comforts and luxuries of home while you are temporarily displaced from yours! No need to stress about apartment hunting, we will find availability in a neighborhood and building that best suits your needs.
What Kind of Units do you Have for Rent?
Corporate Housing Apartments provides fully furnished studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom apartments. We also have access to some private homes and condominiums, but these often require 1-year commitments. Just let our sales team know your needs, and we will be creative in providing temporary housing options.
What Furnishings are Provided?
Every Corporate Housing Apartments apartment is fully furnished, so no need to bring anything but you and your personal effects! All suites are stocked with all the kitchen essentials, linens, bed and bath essentials, and home electronics you need. Every guest is welcomed with an starter kit that includes basic toiletries and conveniences.
What Utilities are Included?
Utilities such as electricity*, water, gas, heat, and wireless internet are included with your rental. All apartments have smart TVs and you can login into your streaming or cable services and they will automatically log you out upon check-out.
What Amenities are Included?
Amenities vary from building to building. Most of our suites are in luxury buildings that may include indoor and outdoor pools, sundecks, saunas, grill areas, fitness and business centers, and a 24-hour doorman. Most are also within walking distance of public transportation, grocery stores, and nearby shopping. Our guests have free access to the building amenities and will be provided a fob for entry to those areas upon move-in.
